Senior Integration Developer, Workday

We’re looking for a Senior IT Integration Developer – Workday to join our global IT organization and play a key role in the design, delivery, and optimization of Workday integrations. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys partnering across teams to deliver seamless, scalable integration solutions.

You will lead the development of end-to-end Workday integrations, provide guidance to peers, and serve as a subject matter expert on integration best practices. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure that integration solutions support strategic business goals and maintain system integrity across the HR technology landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, and EIB
• Develop and optimize Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Web Services (REST / SOAP)
• Perform advanced XML / XSLT data transformations and troubleshoot data flow issues across systems
• Oversee system testing, quality assurance, deployment activities, and production support
• Monitor and tune integration performance, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and scalability
• Partner with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to integration standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in a complex enterprise environment
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, and EIB
• Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Workday Web Services (REST / SOAP)
• Demonstrated ability to lead integration projects from design through deployment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCM, Payroll, or Benefits data models and business processes
• Familiarity with iLoads or other Workday data migration tools
• Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft
• Exposure to global benefits reporting and regulatory integration requirements
• Background in delivering integrations across multiple systems and global environments
