What You’ll Do

  1. Develop our French market by prospecting clients, identifying decision makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
  2. Qualify and understand your prospects’ business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  3. Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  4. Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  5. Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
  6. Participate in exhibitions and events.
  7. Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You’ll Need

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience are a plus.
  2. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Team player, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  5. Proactive, personable, hard-working, and adaptable.
  6. Active on social media in a business context, with experience using LinkedIn.
  7. Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is a plus.
