The role…
We are seeking an experienced Night Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. The Night Guest Services team assists with checking members in to the property and hotel guests into their rooms, streamlining inquiries, managing risks, and other matters that arise. The role involves receiving payments, balancing cash at the end of shifts, and being well-versed with the property layout, special offers, restaurant/F&B options, and amenities such as the gym, spa, and shared workspace.
A successful Night Guest Services team member is hospitable by nature, proactive, a capable multi-tasker, and level-headed, maintaining professionalism in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- Ensure every member is welcomed by name and every guest is greeted hospitably, embodying the warm and friendly Soho House way.
- Handle shift breakdowns and financial inquiries including folios, disputes, billing, receipts, refunds, and secure all lost credit cards.
- Serve as the primary contact for members, guests, and staff, providing top-notch service from entry onwards.
- Perform concierge duties such as booking cars, tickets, restaurant, and spa reservations.
- Respond to emails and inquiries via digital portals, and handle printing/scanning for room guests.
- Be familiar with room types, locations, and layouts.
- Stay updated on operational hours, reservation restrictions, and communicate changes to all departments daily.
- Support members and guests with valet and luggage storage support from bell attendants or butlers.
- Understand and communicate policies on reservations and no-shows.
- Prepare arrival lists for front office use.
- Update member and guest profiles accurately.
- Be familiar with all front office procedures.
- Willing to undertake additional reasonable requests from management.
- Build positive relationships with members and guests.
- Provide feedback to management and foster a fun, approachable, professional atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about SOPs, menus, amenities, and pricing.
What we are looking for in a Night Guest Services?..
Ideal candidates will have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy, high-profile venue, with a natural flair for first-class service. Reliability, friendliness, and team orientation are essential.
