German Customer Support Agent In Malaga - Spain

Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Support Agent for a prestigious chain of hotels! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are fluent in German and currently residing in Spain.

Contract Type:

Indefinite term contract with a probation period of 2 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle calls in German from customers regarding hotel inquiries, reservations, and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with customers to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments when necessary to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1).
• Currently living in Spain with valid documentation (NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.

Work Schedule:

39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM, with alternating weekends.

Salary:

• Travel Expenses: You will be reimbursed up to 200 euros for travel expenses (such as train or plane tickets). It is mandatory to keep the ticket to receive this amount. This refund will be processed after you have worked for three months. If you leave before this period, you will not receive the reimbursement.
• Housing Allowance: A monthly financial aid of 300-400 euros will be included in your payroll during the first three months in Spain for housing. This amount is gross and will be subject to taxes and other deductions. It must be used for moving to Malaga, and you will need to present an invoice or proof of payment for your accommodation.

Training:

Onsite training from 9 AM to 6 PM.
