Structured Debt Manager

to join our finance team :

Responsibilities :

  1. Analyse and structure debt products to meet Capwatt's specific project financing needs, applying risk management strategies;
  2. Develop financial models to project cash flows, assess potential risks, and evaluate project debt performance under various market scenarios;
  3. Manage the origination process by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring transaction documentation, and overseeing deal execution;
  4. Contract, manage, and monitor all sources of structured finance guaranteed to projects, ensuring contractual compliance;
  5. Monitor the performance of structured finance portfolios, analyze investment performance, and provide reports to stakeholders;
  6. Maintain relationships with financiers and stakeholders involved in financing processes;
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting structured debt products;
  8. Manage and motivate a high-performance team to meet challenges.

Requirements :

  1. University degree in Economics, Management, or Finance;
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles within the energy sector, international banks, venture capital, or investment funds;
  3. Deep knowledge of structured and unstructured debt products, contracting, and negotiation;
  4. Experience in Project Finance (mandatory);
  5. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and dynamism;
  6. Organizational skills, rigor, quick learning, and critical thinking;
  7. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, TMS, SAP) and data analysis/financial risk management software (Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics);
  8. Fluency in English (mandatory).
