Sociedad Textil Lonia is seeking to hire a Project Manager with retail experience for its headquarters in Ourense, to join the Architecture Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects at various retail locations, ensuring adherence to opening deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction works at different retail locations to ensure proper project development.
• Resolve queries from external construction companies.
• Update work schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare technical documentation to support constructors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and send samples to different constructors.
• Validate projects before manufacturing.
• Manage the project bidding process.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience or knowledge of Revit / BIM.
• Willingness to reside in Ourense.
• Technical background in Architecture.
