Role Overview

The Global Demand & IBP Capabilities Lead drives the evolution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the Global Supply Chain, focusing on process maturity, analytics, and technology to improve KPIs such as MAPE, SPA, OTIF .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Demand & IBP Roadmap to enhance capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive adherence to IBP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize technology enablement using tools like Kinaxis, ERPs, TM1, and Power BI.
  • Manage system improvements, including demand planning and data governance.
  • Create training programs to promote IBP adoption and ensure business continuity.

This role enhances decision-making, accelerates issue resolution, improves forecast accuracy, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. It works closely with Global Supply Chain Digital, Demand Planning & IBP teams, Supply Planning CoE, and Advanced Analytics.

About You

  • Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, and IBP.
  • Strong stakeholder management, process design, and project management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning tools, Power BI, and analytics.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
