To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f / m / d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support our customers in the fast-growing US Market as part of a dedicated team.
• Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients regarding the order process.
• Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Continuously improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (payment, customs, warehouse, shipping) to resolve product and customer issues.
• Work hours : Training Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm CET; actual position hours Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am CET.

WHO YOU ARE

• Excellent verbal and written US English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
• Conscientious handling of customer data.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure, team-oriented.
• Proactive with good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
