About the Hotel – Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres :

Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres is set to open in summer 2025, bringing a unique blend of luxury, history, and design to the city’s iconic Palacio de Godoy. As part of Hilton’s exclusive lifestyle brand, the hotel will offer high-end experiences, modern comforts, and personalized service in a setting that celebrates Cáceres’ cultural heritage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full accounting cycle : P&L, balance sheet, tax filings, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with USALI standards.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central) and collaborate with corporate BI / reporting tools.
• Work with Hilton systems (OnQ or PEP) for reconciliations and operational reporting.
• Monitor financial KPIs and provide strategic insights to hotel management.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure legal and tax compliance.

Requirements :

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and Chart of Accounts.
• Professional level of spoken English.
• Proficiency in Excel and preferred experience with ERP and PMS systems.
• Background in F&B or multi-department operations is a plus.
• Based in Cáceres or willing to relocate nearby.
