During interviews, you will meet your future team members, including your line manager and others related to your role. We will discuss your experience, skills, and the role's expectations. Case study : Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a test, such as a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.

  • Must-Have Skills :

Expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft , including Financials and Payroll for North America.

  • Proficiency in Oracle PL / SQL
  • Approximately 6 years of experience as a PeopleSoft System Administrator.
  • Experience with incident and problem management.
  • Nice to Have Skills :

Additional experience with other Oracle PeopleSoft modules

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Operate, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft applications (Financial, PC, CA, and CM modules)
  • Lead projects to architect, implement, enhance, and test PeopleSoft systems and applications
  • Participate in Scrum squads alongside SMEs, IT product owners, tech leads, developers, and DBAs
  • Handle incident and change management tickets for PeopleSoft Finance Business As Usual activities
  • Manage problem management tickets for recurring incidents to find permanent solutions
  • Monitor servers and perform patching (Java, Tuxedo, WebLogic) as per Oracle recommendations
  • Manage production and obsolescence of the product
  • Participate in agile ceremonies with active involvement in estimates, reviews, and continuous improvement.
