Field Sales Agent

• Motivate and form new groups (clients / members).
• Provide loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
• Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentation, and conduct weekly center meetings.
• Implement orientation sessions.
• Maintain good relationships with clients (new & existing).

Qualifications

• At least college level education.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in field marketing.
• Familiarity with the assigned areas.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
