ODEON Tours DMC Spain - Contract Assistant Specialist

ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye, and Ukraine, with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

We are looking for a Contract Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications:

1. At least 4 years of working experience in a travel agency or hotel, involving booking, contracting, reservation process, or pricing.
2. At least 2 years of contracting experience in the German Market.
3. Good knowledge of the German Market & Competitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring contract updates are made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales, etc.) and assisting the reservation department.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new streams of business.
• Monitoring the performance of contracts, allocations, special offers requests, and price comparisons.
• Maintaining good knowledge of MS Office.
• Communicating effectively in English.

Requirements:

• Located in Mallorca.
• Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations simply.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up daily.
• Ability to work under time pressure and strict deadlines.
• Result-oriented, a good team player, well-disciplined, and well-organized.
