Your expertise will be essential in building and scaling a secure, high-performing tech infrastructure that supports our business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience, startup experience preferred
• Strong coding abilities in Golang core backend technologies, including but not limited to relevant languages
• Exposure to TypeScript is a big plus
• Hands-on experience with database technologies (Postgres, Redis, and / or DynamoDB)
• Proven experience building critical compliance tools in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry
• Customer-focused approach, with a demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into elegant, scalable, and robust technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, legal, risk, operations) to implement compliance initiatives
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and their impact on product development and operations
• Track record of delivering impactful solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Be able to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST)

• Familiarity with Temporal and gRPC

• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of our technology roadmap, ensuring the seamless transition of early-stage prototypes into scalable and robust production-ready backend services
• Collaborate across teams to define and deliver groundbreaking solutions in alignment with industry best practices and company objectives
• Integrate web3 technologies and protocols, with an unwavering focus on security, data flow, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and market trends
• Continuously deliver technology solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, thereby driving company growth and success
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends in backend and web3 development to maintain our company's position at the vanguard of technological advancement
• Establish a scalable and future-proof tech architecture that supports both current and future business needs while anticipating shifts in market dynamics and customer demands
