Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented, eager, and skilled Tri-lingual Patient Liaison to join our Spain team in a remote position. The Patient Liaison supports patients and clinics involved in clinical research trials, ensuring excellent and consistent service. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving travel and expense reimbursement requests, partnering with vendors to fulfill services, and answering questions in a timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties.
  • Schedule travel requests for patients, including flights, hotel, ground transportation, and special needs assistance, and assist with any travel issues.
  • Manage interactions with vendors handling travel requests.
  • Review travel requests against study parameters and seek approvals as necessary.
  • Process expense reimbursements for patients, ensuring compliance with study parameters and obtaining approvals.
  • Train study site personnel on using the online portal, including creating and entering requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with multiple vendors to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in travel and hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to create and modify spreadsheets and documents.
  • Ability to research hotels, venues, and destinations online.
  • Basic understanding of foreign currency conversion.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Quick learner with professional communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and discreet.

This role is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential for permanent employment.

Schedule:

Fully remote, Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. Some holiday work may be required with compensation.
