We are looking for a dynamic and motivated M&A Senior with around 4 years of relevant experience to join our Corporate M&A team. This role will focus on managing the execution of M&A projects from LOI to closing. This person will be very much focused on the execution part of the process but will also have some exposure to scouting and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the end-to-end M&A deal process, managing advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, tax, legal, and operations to facilitate efficient due diligence and integration planning.
• Review of Due Diligence and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial and business development during the commercial Due Diligence and corporate finance, tax, legal, and local teams during the execution of the Due Diligences. The aim is to ensure alignment and effective execution of M&A transactions.
• Manage multiple M&A projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and project deliverables are of high quality.
• Assist in post-transaction activities to ensure a smooth hand-over to the M&A integration team.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 4 years of experience in the full M&A deal cycle, with backgrounds in investment banking, transaction services or corporate development roles.
• Experience managing or participating in the execution of M&A transactions, from project management to Due Diligence and contract review.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Travel Requirements :

• Availability to travel occasionally within Europe, depending on project needs.
