This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description :

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Barcelona.

Start Date : September 2025

Location : Barcelona Sales Hub : Welcome to our vibrant Barcelona Sales Hub, a melting pot of 27 nationalities serving 12 countries. Located in Poblenou, our lively workspace reflects our diverse community.

What you’ll do :

  • Customer Conversations : Digitally engage with your designated customers, exploring their business challenges and demonstrating how HPE can help.
  • Teamwork : Collaborate with sales specialists, technical experts, resellers, and C-level management to develop solutions for your customers.
  • International Connection : Travel regularly to Belgium for in-person customer meetings to build relationships.
  • Precision Forecasting : Maintain accurate sales forecasts to contribute to your team’s strategic success.
  • Continuous Development : Participate in regular training and on-the-job coaching to enhance your skills.

What you’ll need :

  • Recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably IT / Sales)
  • High-energy, proactive attitude with enthusiasm for meetings and client interactions
  • Experience or interest in sales and technology

Preferred qualities :

  • Drive for results and innovation
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Leadership experience and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Comfort with hybrid work environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
