Our Offer

• Competitive salary starting at 20.600€ gross/year plus commission, with potential earnings from 200€ to 600€+ per month based on sales performance.
• Standard company iPad & uniform provided.
• Workweek of 39 hours with at least 1.5 days off, possibly 2 depending on the role and destination.

Job Responsibilities

• Create memorable moments for guests, making them feel welcomed and valued.
• Engage with international guests to identify needs and promote suitable experiences, aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Handle challenging situations effectively to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and partners worldwide, embracing TUI's diverse culture.
• Monitor sales, service updates, and guest feedback; celebrate successes and address issues proactively.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about guest satisfaction and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Quick learner, eager to master role-specific technology and tools.
• Motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and excellent customer care skills.
• Calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving, and able to adapt communication style.
• Possess a driving license, own a car, and fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
