We're Hiring – Local Representative in Valencia

We are a real estate development firm based in Barcelona, active in residential development, asset repositioning, and urban regeneration projects across Spain.

We are seeking an experienced and independent professional to represent our interests on the ground in Valencia. This is not a brokerage role — the ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of the planning, licensing, and development process. You will work closely with our management team (mainly via video) and serve as our eyes and feet in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, gather, and analyze real estate, architectural, and financial data on potential investments.
• Conduct site visits and preliminary due diligence on properties and development opportunities.
• Monitor licensing and permitting processes with municipal authorities.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with local consultants, brokers, architects, and technical partners.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to our central team in Barcelona.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields: real estate development, architecture, project management, or investment analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of the Valencia real estate market.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• University degree required; a background in architecture or urban planning is a plus, as is financial or investment education.
• Experience in an international real estate firm is a strong advantage.
• Residency in or near Valencia.

Position Details:

• Part-time with potential for expansion.
