As a Unblinded CRA, you will join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  1. Monitor multiple Phase I, II, III & IV clinical trial sites, including pharmacy visits.
  2. Utilize your customer service skills to build loyalty and trust with investigators and study coordinators, focusing on delivering value and maintaining adherence to ICH / GCP guidelines.
  3. Act as the main sponsor representative, providing project updates and collaborating with the team to meet study timelines and objectives through regular visits, both in-person and remotely.
  4. Serve as the first point of contact for study sites, escalating concerns or issues to relevant departments such as Safety, Investigational Medicinal Product, Local Study Managers, and management.
  5. Oversee site adherence to GCP / ICH practices, ensuring quality of study conduct.

Qualifications

You are:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of relevant healthcare experience in pharma or clinical research, including a minimum of 2 years in monitoring and site management.
  2. Strong experience in Oncology and pharmacy visits.
  3. Experience in Phase I trials is advantageous.
  4. Scientific background with proficiency in medical terminology.
  5. Knowledge of local regulations and ICH / GCP guidelines.
  6. Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  7. Experience conducting site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits both remotely and on-site.
  8. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  9. Strong technical skills with CTMS, eCRF, and eTMF systems.
