We’re looking for a data-driven, people-first Inbound Lead Sales Development Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team focused on converting inbound demand into high-quality sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a modern sales leader who thrives at the intersection of talent development, operational excellence, and customer-centric engagement.

You will own the success of our inbound SDR function—partnering closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to maximize conversion, drive SLAs, and ensure every lead receives timely, meaningful engagement. Your success is defined by team performance, speed-to-lead, pipeline contribution, and individual rep growth.

What You’ll Do

Talent Identification, Onboarding & Development

Hire and onboard top-tier SDR talent, with a keen eye for potential and growth mindset

Design and deliver structured onboarding plans to ramp reps quickly and confidently

Build individualized development plans and progression tracks aligned to career goals

Coach weekly on messaging, discovery, qualification, and digital engagement

Data-Led Performance Management

Own SLA compliance and activity benchmarks for inbound lead response

Use dashboards and funnel metrics to manage team productivity and lead coverage

Analyze performance trends and implement interventions early

Align on pipeline and conversion metrics with RevOps and Sales leadership

Operational Excellence

Continuously optimize workflows, lead routing, scoring models, and engagement cadences

Partner with Marketing to ensure quality of inbound motion and alignment on lead sources

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback loops on lead quality and ICP

Champion tools, tech, and AI to increase productivity and improve conversion

Leadership & Culture

Foster a performance culture grounded in transparency, accountability, and coaching

Celebrate success and create rituals for recognition and learning

Develop future leaders by mentoring high performers into team leads or outbound roles

Drive belonging and inclusion within the team and broader revenue organization

What You Bring

3+ years of experience managing Sales Development teams (inbound, hybrid, or outbound)

Proven ability to coach and elevate SDRs to AE or senior SDR roles

Strong command of Salesforce, sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Clari, Gong)

Excellent cross-functional communicator who thrives in a feedback-rich environment

Passionate about modern sales development, automation, and talent development

Comfortable managing through change and scaling teams in high-growth environments

Please note this will be a hybrid role : 3 days from our stunning office in Barcelona, 2 days remote .
