Program Manager

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for a Program Manager to join our engineering team at a Tier 1 supplier in Valencia, Spain.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Project Coordination
2. Budget Management
3. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
4. Serving as the primary contact between teams and stakeholders, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
5. Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
6. Leading and supporting project teams, fostering collaboration, and clarifying roles and responsibilities
7. Analyzing project outcomes for lessons learned and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive sector, specifically with German automotive clients
• Fluent in English and German
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Willingness to travel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
