We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, compliance, and tax regulations.

You will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and staying up-to-date with changes in payroll laws.

Key Responsibilities :

Process payroll for a large employee base accurately and timely.

Oversee payroll tax calculations, deductions, and compliance with local and federal regulations.

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.

Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes.

Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.

Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.

Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
