ERM has an opportunity for an experienced market leader in the SAP Product Compliance, EHSM, and Sustainability space to join our global firm as a European-based Partner within our Digital Services business. This leadership role joins our industry-leading global SAP practice with an emphasis on growing our EMEA solution delivery and strengthening our established SAP partner relationships in Waldorf and Markdorf. Our Digital Services line spans the entire information management lifecycle, from client assessment and strategy to designing, testing, and implementing enterprise-wide systems and innovative technologies.

As part of our core Digital Systems Partners and global SAP EHS&S practice, you will build market presence, develop opportunity pipelines, increase revenues, and enhance delivery capabilities, becoming a true owner and stakeholder in a business centered on Sustainability. You will further our reputation for EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions, primarily focusing on SAP, by driving growth through selling and delivering Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Digital Services projects, as well as recruiting and developing future leaders. This role is for a Principal / Director / VP-level professional seeking to further their career with equity in a global sustainability consulting leader. Role Profile :

This key role focuses on expanding ERM’s Digital Services, especially SAP Sustainability, Product Compliance, and EHSM solutions sales, client development, and project delivery, providing strategic value. You will be responsible for selling and consulting on EMIS projects, sharing best practices globally, and building a network of Digital Services client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support growth of ERM’s global solutions, collaborate across regions, and drive innovation to differentiate ERM.
  • Develop strategic plans, lead performance results, and expand ERM’s Digital Services in Europe.
  • Work with the global SAP EHS&S practice leadership to set strategies, enhance market presence, and achieve sales goals.
  • Personally secure new Digital Services engagements annually, develop new opportunities, and build client relationships.
  • Manage SAP EHS&S programs, lead large projects, and meet client expectations.
  • Engage with the SAP Partner community to expand ERM’s presence and visibility.
  • Serve as billable partner or SME on engagements requiring your expertise.
  • Leverage technical skills to grow profitability across Digital Services lines.
  • Lead and mentor team members for success.
  • Support cross-selling of ERM’s consulting services and coordinate with global offices.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • BS / MS in a technical field like IT, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience with SAP EHS&S programs, including a broad client portfolio across manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in business growth strategies leveraging SAP EHS&S solutions and related adjacencies, with established relationships in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and generate personal sales in EHSM domains.
  • Recognized technical expertise and reputation locally.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
