Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

What is your role going to look like?

• Support the Spanish speaking market with your team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
• Manage orders by receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle (ERP).
• Handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
• Receive requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements : What will you bring?

• Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English language (C1).
• Customer centric approach.
• Good communication skills (efficient, friendly, and positive).
• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
• Dental experience will be an advantage.
• Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
