Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience*: 1 year of experience in product management or related field (Solar Industry experience an advantage)

Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Experience with agile development methodologies

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the energy sector

Proficiency in product management tools and software

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap for solar energy solutions

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Collaborate with engineering to define product specifications

Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies

Monitor product performance and customer feedback

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

Identify new business opportunities and product enhancements

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product milestones

Present product updates and strategy to stakeholders

Salary Range

Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
