Coordinador / a de Servicios de Asistencia Técnica Oficial

Daikin AC Spain S.A., a multinational leader in the air conditioning, HVAC, heating, and refrigeration sector, is seeking to hire a Technician / Engineer with management skills in Madrid. The role involves overseeing the company's Official Technical Assistance Services, including comprehensive management of our suppliers / subcontractors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Identifying the needs for Technical Service, both by product and volume, including visiting potential new Service Technicians for evaluation and network expansion.
• Managing and maintaining our network of Official Technical Assistance Services, including KPI control and conducting audit visits to uphold service standards.
• Handling incidents by providing support to our sales network, clients, and Technical Services.
• Developing and tracking action plans for our network of Official Technical Assistance Services in collaboration with the department manager.
• Searching for and implementing new technical service business opportunities in the residential sector.
• Integrating within the Service Department, specifically in the area of Official Technical Assistance Services.

Minimum requirements include :

• Vocational training (FP); engineering degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical services management : KPIs, performance analysis, incident resolution.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, aerothermal, and hydraulic systems.

Additional valued skills :

• Basic electronics and electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer tools : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Windows, Internet.
• English language skills, both written and spoken, are desirable.
• Experience in after-sales service, preferably in the HVAC sector.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills for effective subcontractor management.
