Sales responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
- Work with our Sales and Marketing teams to analyze new opportunities.
- Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones to identify business opportunities.
- Directly close sales with qualified leads and provide excellent customer experience.
- Understand customer needs to position haddock as a key tool for their business.
- Serve as a reference point for customers during sales and post-sales processes.
- Update and feed the CRM database.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the team to meet KPIs.
Skills and experience
- 2-3 years experience in sales, especially in closing processes.
- Previous experience in B2B and SaaS companies is highly recommended.
- Experience in the restoration sector is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced startups and SaaS products.
- Experience working in the HORECA sector.
