Déménager à Barcelona - French Junior Campaign Specialist (Google Ads)

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, potentially impacting their business significantly. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns
• Detect and understand customer needs and objectives
• Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls

Requirements :

• BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task targets

Additional skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching and composing proposals
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Client-focused with an interest in customer interaction and business ownership
• A team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Native level French and high level of English
