What will your day look like?

You’ll start your day building a workflow or refining an integration. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot automation challenges, and design efficient, scalable solutions. No day is the same: you’ll work on product development, support client projects, and continuously improve your technical skills. Your work will be hands-on, visible, and crucial to the company's success.

About the role

You’ll turn clear blueprints into functional, user-ready automation flows. You’ll build and maintain backend workflows using Make.com, integrate APIs and webhooks, and ensure the products you create are reliable. You will also support selected client projects, always based on no/low-code platforms. After a structured onboarding, you’ll work independently with mentorship available whenever needed.

The organization

You’ll join a fast-growing startup in Málaga, Spain. The team is small, dynamic, and passionate about building smart tech solutions for freelancers, startups, and SMEs. The culture is direct, collaborative, and results driven. You’ll work primarily on-site, with a hybrid option after onboarding.

What is needed?

• Experience with Make.com or similar automation platforms (like Zapier)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow logic
• Full-time availability on-site in Málaga (hybrid option possible after onboarding)
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Structured mindset with a builder’s mentality
• Bonus: experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, Webflow, or a basic understanding of backend/front-end development
