What you'll do :

• Provide advanced technical support, tackling complex Palo Alto Prisma challenges
• Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners and major accounts
• Deliver proactive and reactive support, ensuring seamless security experiences
• Perform in-depth configuration reviews, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis

Your experience :

• 4+ years supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions, specifically Prisma
• Strong expertise in TCP / IP, OSPF / BGP routing, VLAN / STP switching, and Radius / TACACS authentication
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving intricate network issues
• Outstanding communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications like PCNSE, PCNSA, or PMRC are a significant advantage
