Project Management Launch & Portfolio Specialist

Global Responsibility

Bringing Xiromed EU portfolio pipeline, both internal and external, to the market in line with business goals and plans. This includes ensuring proper planning, technical preparation, timely implementation, and market launch.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Improve business case formatting and forecasting accuracy; participate in launch and replenishment order processes.
2. Lead the implementation and maintenance of a launch planning system, likely SAP-based.
3. Negotiate COGs for launches and existing portfolio, renegotiating where margins are low.
4. Manage forecasting and order placement for launches.
5. Coordinate in-house portfolio configurations for regulatory and business cases.
6. Manage launches as part of the launch team, leading several launches.

Requirements

• Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Launch and Project Management; experience in Business Development and COGs negotiation.
• Knowledge: Systems implementation and maintenance.
• Travel: Willing to travel.
• Personal Skills: Flexibility, openness, teamwork, good communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
