Enterprise Multicloud Architect (Pre-Sales)

In SCI, we’re seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect to join our Pre‑Sales Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Ownership
   • Own the end‑to‑end technical solution architecture, total cost estimation, and pricing model.
   • Produce formal proposal documents that translate client requirements into high‑level designs.
2. Bid Leadership
   • Lead the pre‑sales / bid cycle, coordinating a team of Solution Architects.
   • Ensure non‑functional requirements (security, performance, reliability) are integrated into the design.
3. Technical Governance
   • Oversee the production of technical artefacts such as high‑level architectures, low‑level designs, runbooks, etc.
   • Engage with Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and Customer Governance to deliver secure, automated cloud solutions.
4. Advisory & Thought Leadership
   • Leverage hands‑on experience and proof‑points to educate prospects, customers, partners, and colleagues.
   • Perform data‑center assessments, TCO analyses, and Cloud Adoption Framework reviews.

Requirements & Skills

Languages: Native‑level Spanish and full professional fluency in English.

Communication: Exceptional oral & written presentation skills—comfortable addressing C‑level and technical audiences.

Methodologies: Hands‑on experience with Bimodal IT, Agile / Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Expertise

• Transformation, evolution, design, and transition of IT Outsourcing services.
• Portfolio management and service‑catalog design for large enterprises.
• Cloud Architecture & Migration: Deep experience designing Azure & AWS solutions and migrating on‑prem workloads.
• Infrastructure transformation, digital‑transformation roadmaps, and data‑center modernization.
• Assessment & Strategy: Conduct high‑level cloud‑readiness assessments, define cloud strategies, adoption frameworks, and detailed roadmaps.
• Cost & Pricing Models: Practical knowledge across OS, databases, networking, security, middleware, storage, backup, and DevOps platforms.
• Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and articulate complex technology clearly.

• Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect‑GCP
• Digital Business Transformation Associate
• ITIL v4 Foundation
