As the Growth Strategy team, we tackle the most important topics in the company and work directly with Booksy's leadership team. We're the go-to team for "impossible" challenges, helping shape the strategic direction of our growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to help us solve the toughest problems on our path. You'll identify and execute strategic opportunities and process improvement projects, all backed by strong data analysis. You'll act as an internal consultant, partnering closely with leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Analysis and Implementation : Understand local market conditions, customer expectations, and the competitive landscape to help define market strategies. Translate high-level strategy into actionable projects and lead their implementation.
- Problem Solving : Break down complex business problems into structured frameworks, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions. Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from ideation through analysis to implementation. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication with the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver measurable impact.
- Stakeholder Management : Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a strategy / operations role — ideally in-house, in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Additional experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or a high-impact internal strategy team is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ownership and successful delivery of complex projects with measurable impact.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. At least intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal); comfort navigating multicultural environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Remote work options in London or Spain, or a hybrid setup in Warsaw where our HQ is located.
