We're looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a fast-growing international team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations in Europe. This is a key and time-sensitive position.
What you’ll be doing :
Managing payroll processes from A to Z
Collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams
Supporting onboarding / offboarding, benefits, and legal compliance
Handling reports, audits, and data accuracy across jurisdictions
Requirements :
At least 2 years in payroll roles (regional / multinational preferred)
Experience with HR processes (contracts, onboarding, employment law)
Strong Excel and ERP systems skills
Fluent English + native / local language (Spanish, Polish, or Dutch – required)
Background in HR / FinOps – big advantage
