At The Chat Laboratory, our mission is to help you connect with the world. We are an online language hub that focuses on corporate language courses and supports companies across the globe to train their staff to move up in a global economy. The idea behind The Chat Laboratory is to help businesses across the world to break down linguistic barriers by providing bespoke tailor-made online language courses.

WHAT IS THE INSIDE SALES TEAM

  • Identify new partners to increase sales opportunities
  • Do the groundwork for us to establish a long-term relationship with our new partners, proposing the best Affiliate agreements
  • Analyse the activities performed and adopt continuous improvement actions

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Using your established contacts, Social Media (LinkedIn & other platforms), Google, and other sources (e.g., Apollo.io) to generate new sales partnerships and opportunities. (Note: You must have already established contact/leads. Your primary job is to source new leads and convert them into clients for The Chat Laboratory Ltd., starting within the first weeks)
  • Help build long-term, trusting relationships with businesses across Europe to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between new clients and The Chat Laboratory to close deals.
  • Report to your manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of another European language (German, Italian, French, Dutch, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills via video calls and email.
  • Prior experience in client-facing digital media, including online advertising, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Desire and ability to advance within a sales organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven creative problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity software, as well as video calling tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoho Meetings.
