Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

The individual will provide campaign management services on behalf of the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit), ensuring the on-time and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The scope includes maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, proactively connecting and coordinating with stakeholders, project owners, and delivery teams to ensure effective execution.

The candidate will act as a digital marketing subject matter expert, consulting with stakeholders and understanding market plans to facilitate connections and ensure adherence to global standards.

Key responsibilities include working closely with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns are built and executed according to global standards and customer plans. A deep understanding of multi-channel campaign strategies across all stages and functions is essential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology (preferred), or a technical degree with proven business acumen. Experience in project management, client or account management, or as a digital marketing consultant is required. Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders, client management skills, and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud are strong assets.

The role demands excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently across initiatives and interface effectively with global customers. Strong time and project management skills are also essential.

This is a permanent contract role with training and certifications provided, and the possibility of working from home.
