We are currently seeking a Product Manager for Integrations in Portugal, Spain, Denmark, UK, or Netherlands .
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and expand product integrations in a fast-growing, user-centric SaaS environment. As a Product Manager for Integrations, you will enable seamless connections between our platform and leading tools across accounting, HR, project management, and more. Your responsibilities include managing strategic partners, overseeing technical delivery, and enhancing the developer experience. If you are passionate about APIs, user-centric design, and becoming a subject matter expert in product integrations, this role allows you to make a significant impact.
Accountabilities :
- Identify, engage, and manage third-party partners to develop impactful product integrations
- Serve as the primary contact between internal teams and external partners
- Guide partners through the design, development, and launch of integrations
- Ensure excellent user experiences and high-quality integrations from UX and data perspectives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver solutions aligned with user needs
- Evaluate partner proposals for technical feasibility and commercial viability
- Enhance playbooks, documentation, and processes to improve integration efficiency
- Support go-to-market strategies and promote adoption of new integrations
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing end-to-end integration projects, preferably in SaaS
- Strong knowledge of APIs, user flows, and partner onboarding processes
- Ability to navigate technical and business discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience with accounting, HRIS, or ERP integrations is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
