Enterprise Account Manager (Spain and Portugal)

Your mission
- Lead the implementation process for our enterprise clients in Spain and Portugal, ensuring a seamless transition to Leya's Gen AI platform.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and tailor Leya's solutions to meet their objectives.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding, training, and implementation phases, ensuring they are equipped to harness the full power of Gen AI.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within client workflows, and work closely with internal teams to implement these enhancements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Leya's platform, providing product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
- Act as a bridge between clients and our engineering and product teams, advocating for client needs and driving continuous improvement of Leya's solutions.
Who you are
- Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, and French considered a strong advantage.
- Based in Madrid.
- Qualified lawyer with a deep understanding of legal workflows and processes.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and managing complex implementations in a software or technology environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about technology and its potential to drive meaningful change in the legal profession.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
