The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our AI tech startup. Your focus will be on uncovering data-driven insights related to safety in the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop predictive models to identify drivers at higher risk of accidents or violations.
• Analyze driver behavior, vehicle data, and incident reports to find unsafe driving patterns.
• Evaluate safety initiatives' impact on reducing incidents and improving compliance.
• Design experiments and use statistical techniques to validate safety program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and engineering teams to convert insights into improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations through visualizations and reports.

The candidate will analyze data to predict drivers likely to have accidents or violations, proactively managing risks. They will also assess how safety initiatives reduce unsafe behaviors, fostering a safety culture.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :
