Senior Cybersecurity Governance

From Hays, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives for a major multinational company.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain security governance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal and external cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement security improvements.
• Provide technical and strategic advice on security governance issues.
• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity controls and ensure their effectiveness.

Requirements :

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of security regulations and standards (ISO 27001, etc.).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
