About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in Forex, Fintech, or iGaming industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Target-driven with a focus on customer value and business impact
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven metrics
  • Minimum 1 year in sales, account management, or client retention

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings to enhance loyalty and reduce churn
  • Identify at-risk clients and take proactive retention measures
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions
  • Handle client concerns effectively, resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with support, compliance, and conversion teams for seamless service
  • Achieve retention KPIs including reactivation, activity, and revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed client interaction records in CRM
  • Provide feedback on client trends and opportunities for improvement

Work Details

  • Remote, full-time (5/2), based in Spain time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2)
  • Client calls constitute approximately 90% of work
