Job responsibilities:

  1. Understanding and identifying customer needs as a customer support advisor for Booking.
  2. Listening, responding, and mediating between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring high customer service levels.
  3. Clarifying inquiries regarding service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and following set processes via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Italian: C2 level and advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive, motivated attitude to handle challenging customer issues.
  • Goal-oriented work approach.
  • Open to changing priorities and business processes.
  • Affinity with Accommodation platforms.
  • Experience in customer service or contact centers is valued.
  • Availability to work both from the office and remotely within 100km of the office.

Benefits:

  • Contract: 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday.
  • Salary: €18,794 gross/year.
  • Shift options: afternoon (15:00-23:00) or split shift (09:00-20:00).
  • Temporary contract.
