About the role

The Product team is vital to Revolut. Every feature starts here, driven by our innovative team members, shaping the future of how the world handles money.

This team integrates engineering, data science, operations, and design to innovate continuously.

We seek a Product Owner who will manage their product's roadmap, oversee daily operations, execute projects, and mitigate risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate across teams and communicate with senior management to be the key contact for your product.

What you’ll do

• Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with Revolut’s mission.
• Drive impact through data analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
• Own your product from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design and UX Research teams to craft excellent user experiences.
• Coordinate with Engineering for effective product delivery.
• Work with stakeholders like Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in high-growth tech or banking / finance sectors (e.g., payments, cryptocurrency, insurance).
• Proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products for 2+ years.
• Over 1 year managing teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Design.
• Strong UX / UI sensibility and understanding of design principles.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen for ROI-focused prioritization.
• Experience defining product vision and engaging leadership, customers, and partners.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to major projects.
• Experience launching products from scratch.
• Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university.

Compensation
