Responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Spain, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of potential customers (prospects) / own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing.
  • Potential future development into a team lead role, managing other employees in the workshop chain area.
  • Lead a motivated team eager to drive the company's success forward.

Your Profile

  • Passionate about sales: experienced in B2B / SaaS / automotive sales, enjoys inspiring others.
  • Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Values partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Ideally, has built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired SaaS customers successfully.
  • Flexible, quick to adapt, and highly independent.
  • Native or bilingual in Spanish, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
