Summary

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Business Development and work alongside a team of Wizards focused on our customers' business needs. Wiz business development representatives are highly motivated and collaborate closely with account executives to build a robust pipeline of potential customers. You will build prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Build pipeline by initiating conversations and establishing relationships with potential customers via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events. Expect to contact 150-300 new people weekly.
  • Collaborate with account executives and marketing to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies within each territory, including inbound lead follow-up.
  • Research accounts to identify key personas, decision-makers, and internal champions at target prospects.
  • Personalize messaging, qualify interest in Wiz, and generate new opportunities.
  • Work hours will be roughly 12pm - 8pm CET, with flexibility to discuss; overlap with LATAM / EMEA regions is required.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
  • Residency in Spain is required for this role.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of sales and lead generation experience.
  • Enthusiasm for building a prospective customer pipeline.
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Experience in cold-calling.
  • Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Technical Skills

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Bonus

  • Experience in cloud / security sales.
