Main responsibilities :

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  • Handle client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers through to completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  • Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results, activities, and sales agent efficiency.
  • Ensure all business goals and targets are met regularly: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop their skills and achieve positive results.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively as a departmental point of contact.
  • Assist agents during the sales process and actively participate in closing deals with creative solutions.
  • Support deal closure and offer management.
  • Contribute to the hiring process of commercial agents by providing requirements and feedback.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Financially aware and capable of working in an international team.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, accustomed to working with demanding clients.
