Scrum Master / Project Manager

We're seeking a Scrum Master / Tech Lead with experience in the banking sector!

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT - 100% REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote a positive team culture aligned with risk and compliance frameworks.
2. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
3. Support Financial Crime Compliance efforts (AML, sanctions, bribery, etc.).
4. Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Analyze and document business requirements, focusing on customer impact.
6. Communicate recommendations clearly and influence project direction.
7. Support delivery with robust documentation, reporting, and presentations.
8. Define an analysis approach aligned with the program strategy.
9. Use tools to support business processes and workflows.
10. Apply agile and waterfall methodologies effectively, with a focus on Agile/Scrum.
11. Demonstrate strong skills in business process modelling and impact assessment.
12. Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Business Analysis certification (desirable).
• Agile Practitioner (preferred).
