Accounting Supervisor

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounting Supervisor directly supervises accounting processes and related functions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Supervise implementation of plans, procedures, and policies on payment processing and financial reporting.
• Assist Finance Manager on projects aligned with the company's strategic direction.
• Supervise implementation of procedures, policies and systems.
• Coordinate with other departments on inter-related process, and conduct process review to strengthen inter-related process.
• Supervise preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-off dates.
• Monitor subordinates’ work performance, attendance, discipline and enforces company rules and regulations.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education : Graduate of BS Accountancy

Experience : At least three (3) years experience in real estate industry in a supervisory level with focus on general accounting

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly knowledgeable on accounting-based system
• Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
