Applicants will be evaluated based on:

1. Experience on Plasmonics in oxides: 25 points
2. Experience on Polarized reflectance spectroscopy: 20 points
3. Experience on Modeling of near and far fields in plasmonic oxides: 25 points
4. Experience on Mid-infrared spectroscopy: 15 points
5. Undergraduate Grades: 15 points

Minimum score to qualify: 80 points
