User Acquisition Strategist

We're seeking a driven Senior User Acquisition specialist with a passion for mobile gaming and strong analytical skills to drive player growth and efficiency. You'll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to experiment and optimize campaigns, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• User Acquisition Campaign Management : Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Campaign Performance Optimization : Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

You will have strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skills. You will also have a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.) and an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns. You must be detail-oriented and proactive, speaking and writing English fluently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Basic knowledge of major advertising platforms
• Understanding of creative elements involved in user acquisition
• Problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Prior experience in mobile gaming industry
